Address fields are included by default in most Exhibitor Zones. These fields can be used for internal data capture within the CMS, or made available for exhibitors to complete when they log in to their zone. Once populated, the address information is displayed on the exhibitor’s profile.
This guide explains how to edit the address fields and control exhibitor access.
Editing the Address Fields in the CMS
To adjust the address field settings:
Go to Modules > Exhibitors in the CMS.
Select More > Field Setup in the top right corner.
You will see a list of all available fields within this module. These are visible in the CMS. Please note that exhibitor visibility depends on their status or group permissions, which are covered later in this guide.
Open the General tab.
Scroll to the Address field and select Edit.
Details Tab
Within the Details tab, you can:
Rename the field label
Make the entire address field mandatory or optional
Set a default value
Add help text to guide exhibitors when completing the field
Address Field Display Tab
Select the Address Field Display tab to control which individual address components are shown.
Each address component has three visibility options:
Display (Optional) – Field is visible but not required
Display (Required) – Field is visible and must be completed
None – Field is hidden
You can apply these settings to:
Building Name
Street Line 1
Street Line 2
Postal Town
County
Postal Code
Country
Once you have made your changes, select Save.
Controlling Exhibitor Access to Address Fields
To allow exhibitors to view and edit the address field in their zone, you must adjust their status or group permissions.
Classic Exhibitor Zone
Permissions are managed via Statuses.

Exhibitor Zone 2 (New Version)
Permissions are managed via Groups.
To update group permissions:
Go to Modules > Zone in the CMS.
Select the Groups tab.
Choose the group you wish to edit.
Note: You will need to repeat this process for each group that requires access.Open the Exhibitor Profile tab.
Locate the Address field and ensure it is toggled on.
You can also enable Approvals if required. When approvals are enabled, any changes an exhibitor makes to their address will need to be reviewed and approved in the CMS before appearing on the website. This setting is turned off by default.
Select Submit to save your changes.
The edited address fields will now be available to exhibitors in their zone.
