You may want to assign a sponsor and display their logo against a specific seminar session. This is useful for highlighting sponsored content and giving partners direct visibility within your seminar programme.
Adding a sponsor to your session
To assign a sponsor name and logo to a session:
Navigate to Modules
Select Seminars
Choose the session you would like to update
Once you are within the session settings:
Scroll down to the Sponsor field
Enter the sponsor’s name

You can also upload and display a sponsor logo within the session:
Click inside the Sponsors field to open the CK Editor
Select the Image icon from the toolbar

Upload or select the sponsor’s logo from the file manager
Linking the sponsor logo to their website
If you would like the sponsor logo to link to their external website:
Click on the uploaded logo to highlight it
Select the Link icon from the CK Editor toolbar

Enter the sponsor’s website URL and confirm
This will allow visitors to click the sponsor logo and be directed to the sponsor's website.
Final step
Make sure to save your session once all changes have been made.
Adding sponsor names and logos to seminar sessions is a great way to recognise partnerships and provide additional exposure within your event programme.
