How to Update Stage Name Colours in the Seminars Module

Overview

This guide explains how to change the colour associated with stage names within the Seminars module.

Stage colours are managed via the Locations section and are controlled using a hex colour code.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to Modules

2. Select Seminars

3. Click into Locations

4. Scroll down to find the stage you would like to update

5. Click Edit next to the relevant stage

6. Locate the field labelled “Associate a colour”

7. Enter the desired hex colour code (e.g. #004AAD)

8. Click Save

What is a Hex Code?

A hex code is a six-character code used to define colours on websites.

Examples:

• #000000 – Black

• #FFFFFF – White

• #FF0000 – Red

You can obtain hex codes from your brand guidelines or an online colour picker tool.

Important Notes

• The colour applied here will update wherever the stage name appears on the site.
