How to Enable Social Media Uploads for Exhibitors (Exhibitor Zone 2)

In our Exhibitor Zone 2, exhibitors can upload social media links to their online profiles. The social platforms available to them are controlled through group permissions in the CMS.

Enabling these fields helps exhibitors enhance their listings and improves the overall value of your event website.

Steps to Update Social Media Permissions

1. Log into the CMS and navigate to:

   Modules > Zone

2. Select the Groups tab.

3. Click on the group you want to update.

   Note: If you want multiple groups to have the same permissions, you will need to repeat these steps for each group.

4. Open the Exhibitor Profile tab.

   Here you will see all the fields that make up the exhibitor’s online profile in Exhibitor Zone 2.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Social Media section.

6. Toggle on the social media platforms you want exhibitors to be able to upload.

7. Click Submit to save your changes.

What Happens Next?

Once enabled, exhibitors will be able to add their social media links through their profile in Exhibitor Zone 2. These links will then appear on their exhibitor listing.
