Why Can’t I See My Form in the Form Widget?

If you’ve just created a new form, it may not appear in the Form widget selection because it has not yet been tested.

Forms must be tested at least once before they become available for use on pages.

How to Check If a Form Has Been Tested

To check the test status of a form:

1. Log in to the Back Office.

2. Hover over Modules and select Forms.

3. You’ll see a list of all forms in the system.

4. Look for the Tested column.

The status indicators mean:

• Red – The form has not been tested

• Green – The form has been tested and is ready to use

How to Test a Form

To test a form:

1. In Modules → Forms, locate the form you want to test.

2. Click Edit.

3. Select Preview / Test Form in the top-right corner.

4. Fill out the form as if you were a user.

5. Submit the form.

Once the form has been successfully submitted, it will automatically be marked as tested and will then appear in the Form widget selection.
