Deleting a Form Question

In the Back Office:

1. Hover over Modules and select Forms.

2. Locate the form you want to update and click Edit.

3. You will see a list of all questions included in the form.

4. To remove a question:

   • Hover over the down arrow next to Edit Question

   • Select Delete Question

The question will be removed from the active form.

Restoring a Deleted Form Question

If a question is deleted from a form, it is not permanently removed. Instead, it is moved to the Deleted Questions tab within the form editor.

To restore a deleted question:

1. Open the form in Edit mode.

2. Click on the Deleted Questions tab.

3. You will see a list of all questions that have been deleted from the form.

4. Hover over the down arrow next to Actions for the relevant question.

5. Select Restore Question.

The question will be reinstated in the form with all of its previous settings intact.

Viewing Responses from a Deleted Question

Deleted questions retain all previously collected data.

From the Deleted Questions tab:

1. Hover over the down arrow next to Actions for the deleted question.

2. Select View Responses.

This will allow you to review:

• All responses previously submitted for that question

• Historical data collected before the question was deleted

This is useful for auditing, reporting, or recovering important information.

Summary

• Deleting a form question does not permanently remove it

• Deleted questions are stored in the Deleted Questions tab

• Questions can be restored at any time

• All previous responses are preserved and can still be viewed
