Announcements allow you to display a pop-up message to exhibitors when they log into Exhibitor Zone 2. This is an effective way to share important updates, deadlines, or key information that you want exhibitors to see immediately upon login.
Important:
Announcements apply to Exhibitor Zone 2 only and do not apply to the Classic Exhibitor Zone.

🧭 Steps to Create an Announcement
Navigate to Modules in the main menu.
Select Zone.
Open the Announcements tab.
Select Add New Announcement.
Complete the announcement fields as required.
Save your changes.
Once saved, the announcement will be displayed to exhibitors when they log into Exhibitor Zone 2.
📣 Using Multiple Announcements
You can create multiple announcements at any time within Exhibitor Zone 2.
This means:
More than one announcement pop-up can appear when an exhibitor logs in
Multiple announcements can be active at the same time
Different announcements can be created for different exhibitor groups
👥 Controlling Who Sees the Announcement
To ensure announcements are shown to the correct audience, use the Groups it applies to field.
Select one or more exhibitor groups to target the announcement
Only exhibitors within the selected groups will see the pop-up
Default Behaviour
If the Groups field is left blank (the default setting):
The announcement will be shown to all available exhibitor groups
This is useful for site-wide or event-wide messages

Announcement Message (Required)
Use this field to add the main content of your message.
It should clearly communicate the key information you want exhibitors to read.
Image or Video (Optional)
You can include an image or a video to support your message.
Best practice:
Keep videos under 10MB
Use clear, relevant visuals that support the message
Auto-play Uploaded Videos
Controls whether a video starts playing automatically when the announcement appears.
Enabled: Video plays immediately
Disabled: User must click Play
Best practice:
Avoid auto-play for long videos or videos with sound
Consider user experience in shared or quiet environments
