📘 Overview
By default, exhibitors marked as Inactive may be blocked from accessing the Exhibitor Zone. You can allow inactive exhibitors to log in by enabling the Inactive Login setting at the Group level.
This allows exhibitors to access the Exhibitor Zone while remaining inactive for all other purposes.
❓ When to Use This
Enable Inactive Login when:
You still need an exhibitor to access the Exhibitor Zone (for example, to review content, download documents, or complete required tasks)
You are testing the Exhibitor Zone and need to create a test exhibitor record that requires zone access but should not appear in the exhibitor listing
⚙️ How to Enable Inactive Login
Go to Modules
Select Zone
Open Groups
Click the name of the group you want to update
Scroll to Inactive Login
Set Inactive Login to Yes
Click Save
✅ Result
Once Inactive Login is set to Yes:
Inactive exhibitors assigned to that group will be able to log in
Exhibitors will remain inactive and will not appear as active on the site or in exhibitor listings
📝 Notes
This setting applies to all exhibitors within the group
If multiple groups exist, ensure you update the correct group
The exhibitor must be assigned to the updated group for the change to take effect
This setting is useful for testing and QA purposes, where access is required without public visibility
