Within the CMS, you can create and manage multiple programmes within a single back office or website. This is useful if you want to retain previous years’ programmes alongside upcoming event content, or if your event includes multiple, separate programmes that need to be managed independently.
➕ Adding Multiple Programmes
To create additional programmes, follow these steps:
Navigate to the module
Go to Modules > Seminars in the CMS.Create a new programme
Select Add Seminar and enter a relevant title for the programme.-
Add sessions
Add sessions to the programme either:Manually, one by one, or
Via bulk import

Repeat the above steps for each additional programme you wish to create.

Unlimited content
You can create an unlimited number of programmes, each with an unlimited number of sessions.Historic data visibility
If you keep previous years’ programmes on the site, any speakers linked to those sessions will continue to appear on their speaker bio pages, provided the speaker remains active on the website.-
Programme display control
Using widgets, you can control where programme content appears across your site. This allows you to:Display programmes on separate pages, or
Show multiple programmes on a single page by using multiple widgets to pull in the relevant seminar data.
