If visitors are being redirected to the E-Zone login page when trying to access a library article, there are usually two common reasons for this behavior.
⚙️ 1. Restricted Content Setting

Certain exhibitor statuses may have Restricted Content enabled.

To remove this restriction:

Navigate to Modules > Exhibitors.

Edit the exhibitor record in question.

Go to Exhibitor Options > Advanced Tab.

Untick the box for Restricted Content.

This will make the library article publicly accessible for that status.
🛡️ 2. Secure Content Module

If the Secure Content Module is enabled, content may only be accessible to users with proper credentials.

To check this:

In the back office, go to the left-hand menu and select Modules > Secure Content.

Review which pages or content items are protected.

Adjustments in this module may be required to allow public or specific access to library articles.
