New Features

Gateway

• Gateway will now send appointment reminders for pending appointments. There is a new email template in the email suite where you can configure the reminder frequency of the reminder email and it sends 1 email to a contact to let them know how many appointments they have pending.

• Form file fields can now have custom text added as the button label on a per form basis as part of the question setup

General

• When changing from edit mode to preview mode and vice versa, it now stays on the same page

Gateway

• We now only show a placeholder in a session entry for the video if there is a streaming URL, removing the black placeholder. If there is a session image then this will show, or if there is a stream URL then we will show a placeholder and a play button
• The exhibitor logo has been added to the Exhibitors Entry page in Gateway
• Insights now reports on both people who have watched a session and those that have registered / added it to their diary

SEO

• There is now an option in SEO settings to remove the default event schema from the homepage of a site.

Widgets

• The I-catcher Image Carousel can now accept external image URL's as well as internal

Improvements 

Exhibitors & Zone

• A new default field has been added to exhibitors called Abstract. This is a short description to summarise what the exhibitor offers This field will be shown on the list pages for both Gateway and the website.

Gateway

• We have added a number of optimisations to the visitor list, exhibitor and appointment pages within Gateway to further improve the performance of the portal.

Media Manager

• A new Setting has been added to the back office allowing ASP to disable the media manager file count for sites with a large number of images and folders.  This will increase the performance of media manager when building caches

Bug Fixes

Exhibitors & Zone

• Adding contacts via the ezone manage contacts module has now been fixed and it is possible to set their Gateway visibility here as well allowing for stand contacts to be hidden
• Event status is no longer copied as part of the site relationship setup

Gateway

• The view profile on website button for exhibitors in Gateway is now working in preview mode as well as live mode
• Importing exhibitor contacts now correctly assigns to allocated groups

General

• The event date picker now works as expected and you can choose dates in the future via the picker as well as enter them manually
• Character limits have been increased in the translate module allowing for longer labels to be added

Pages

• An empty page without sections can now be saved

Reporting

• Category report now exports as it should do
• Country data now appears correctly in a forms export where a country type field is included

Seminars & Speakers

• The seminar stream filter key now adds and removes the filter for the current widget only when the icons are clicked
• Seminar streams now only update when they are selected to be updated as part of a CSV import feed via the edit page

Widgets

• The instagram widget cache is now updated correctly when a new account is authenticated
