Displaying and Customizing Your Twitter Feed on Classic Composer (Motif)

Displaying your Twitter feed on your website is a simple but effective way to integrate all your online platforms and keep your visitors up to date with your latest posts.

🔹 Adding/Editing Your Twitter Feed

1. Log in to the CMS
   Ensure you’re in the correct back office.

2. Locate the Twitter Panel
   Go to Panels in the left-hand menu and find your Twitter panel.

3. Open the TweetFeed Widget
   Within the panel, you’ll see the TweetFeed widget. Here you can adjust several options:

   • Type of Feed – Choose between Profile (recommended) or Hashtag.

     • Profile: Displays Tweets from your account.

     • Hashtag: Displays Tweets containing the hashtag you specify.

   • Username – Enter your Twitter handle (e.g., aspevents).

   • Maximum Tweets – Set the number of Tweets to display (shown in chronological order).

   • Speed – Adjust how quickly the Tweets rotate through the feed.

   • Display Type – Choose from:

     • Single Tweet – Displays your latest Tweet only.

     • Carousel – Displays multiple Tweets in a rotating carousel (recommended).

     • Grid – Shows 3 Tweets at a time in a grid across the page.

4. Publish & Save
   Once you’ve completed the widget settings, publish the panel and hit Save.

🔹 Additional Customization Options

• Background Colour – Adjust the panel background via Settings > Design & Appearance > Sections.

• Panel Positioning – Use the Layout tab to move the Twitter panel on your homepage or subpages if required.
