Downloading Speaker Profile Images

If you need to download the profile images uploaded to your speakers, whether individually or in bulk, follow the steps below.

🔹 Downloading All Speaker Images

STEP 1
Using the left-hand menu, click Media Manager.

STEP 2
Find and click into the folder called Libraries.

STEP 3
Locate the Speaker folder. Click the checkbox top-right of the folder. A prompt will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Click Download to receive all speaker images in a .zip file.

🔹 Downloading Specific Speaker Images

STEP 1
Using the left-hand menu, click Media Manager.

STEP 2
Navigate to Libraries, then open the Speakers folder.

STEP 3
Select the speaker images you want to download by clicking the checkbox top-right of each image. A prompt will appear at the bottom.
Click Download to receive the selected images in a .zip file.

💡 Tip: Bulk downloads are great for backups or sharing with your team, while selecting specific images allows you to pick only what you need.
