-
Keep images organised in folders – This makes it easier and faster to locate what you need.
-
Use clear naming conventions – For example:
logo_aspto identify the type of image and where it will be used. -
Change views – Switch between grid and list views to quickly find your files.
-
Search box – Use it to locate images or files by name.
🔍 SEO Tip
Using descriptive filenames for your images improves SEO and accessibility:
-
Instead of generic names like
image1.jpg, use something meaningful likeexcited-visitors-interact-with-exhibitors-acme-2018.jpg. -
Don’t be too literal; write a short descriptive sentence that explains the image. This helps search engines and screen readers understand the content.
