Converting Social Media Links into Icons in Classic Composer

In Classic Composer, you can convert text-based social media links into clickable icons using the built-in styling options.

Step 1: Check Your Social Media URLs

1. Log in to your back office.

2. Locate the section where your social media URLs are stored.

3. Ensure each link contains the full and correct URL for the relevant social media profile.

Composer uses the URL to identify which social media icon to display, so accuracy is important.

Step 2: Apply the Social Icons Style

1. Highlight each social media link individually.

2. In the formatting toolbar, open the Style drop-down menu.

3. Select Social Icons.

Classic Composer will automatically transform the selected text links into clickable social media icons.

Important Note

If Classic Composer does not recognise a particular URL, it will display a generic placeholder icon instead of the specific platform’s icon.

If this occurs, double-check that the URL is complete and correctly formatted.
