This article explains how to access and use the Ticket Dashboard in ShowOff, where you can view, track, search, and export all maintenance tickets associated with a specific site.
Accessing the Ticket Dashboard
- Log in to the Back Office.
- Once logged in, the Dashboard will load by default.
- Navigate to Maintenance Time.
- Click View Details.
You will now be taken to the Ticket Dashboard.
What You Can See in the Ticket Dashboard
The Ticket Dashboard provides a full overview of all tickets raised for the selected back office. For each ticket, you can view:
- Ticket ID
- Subject
- Status (e.g. Active or Closed)
- Request Type
- Requester
- Maintenance Time Used
- Date Requested
This allows you to clearly track work that has been requested and completed.
Filtering and Reviewing Tickets
Within the Ticket Dashboard, you can:
- Identify which tickets are still active and which are closed
- Review tickets by request type
- See who submitted each request (requester)
- Monitor how much maintenance time has been used per ticket
Searching Past Tickets
- Use the search function at the top of the dashboard to find past tickets
- Search by ticket ID, subject, or keyword to quickly locate historical requests
Exporting Maintenance Records
- You can export all maintenance records directly from the Ticket Dashboard
- This is useful for reporting, internal reviews, or sharing a breakdown of maintenance usage
