When an account has been inactive for 30 days, it is locked. This means that the user cannot log in until the account is unlocked, which can be done by your company's super user.
To unlock a user, first, you will need to navigate to the users and groups page.
Log in to the CMS and go into the back office of any ShowOff website you manage.
In the lower-left corner, click your profile thumbnail (this may be blank if you’ve not added a photo).
Select Users & Groups.
Once you are on this page, you can use the status indicator to see which accounts are expired (orange)
Click on the profile you would like to unlock, then click the "Unlock User" button in the top right.
You will then get a pop-up saying that the profile has been unlocked.
The user should now have access to their account. If they have forgotten the password since their last login, you can also send them a password reset by clicking the "Reset Password button" next to the unlock button.
