Accessing Archived Websites

When your site relaunches year-on-year, it’s likely that a new site has been built within an updated back office in the CMS.

When the new site is launched by your project manager, your old site will be archived, ensuring it is no longer visible to visitors on the web.

However, this doesn’t mean the content is lost permanently. You can still access your archived site by following these steps:

🖥️ Steps to Access Archived Sites

1. Log into the CMS
   Once logged in, you’ll land on your My Events page, which lists all current live websites available for editing.

2. Use the Search & Filter Options
   At the top of the page, you’ll see a free text search and a filter option.

3. Include Archived Sites
   Toggle the Include Archived Sites option on.

4. Access the Archived Site
   Your previous websites will now appear. Open any archived site and navigate the CMS as usual to retrieve the content you need.
