Within the CMS, you can set pre-made publishing dates to automatically switch your content on or off— with no manual intervention required.
This is perfect for scheduling updates outside your usual working hours. For example, if you have an early bird ticket sale that should go live at 9 PM on a Sunday, you can fully plan and automate it in advance.
Publishing dates can be applied to various content types, including:
Pages
Panels
Exhibitors
Seminars
Speakers
Libraries
📝 How to Add Publishing Dates to a Panel
Create your panel in the CMS with the relevant content.
Tip: Make the panel inactive initially, or it will go live immediately.
Click Panel Options in the bottom-right corner.
Select the Publishing tab in the pop-up window.
Set your:
Publish Date/Time: When the content becomes active automatically.
Expiry Date/Time: When the content becomes inactive automatically.
Click Save. The panel will activate and deactivate automatically at the times set.

Always set panels to inactive when scheduling future publishing.
Publishing times use the time zone configured for your site, which can be adjusted via:
Settings > Site Settings > Date/Time
