Why Is My Hero Video, Slider, or Image Not Showing in Classic Composer?

If your Hero video, slider, or image isn’t appearing on your website, it’s often because the Hero section settings don’t match the type of content you’ve added. Follow these steps to quickly check and correct your setup.

Step 1: Access Your Hero Section Settings

1. Go to your Back Office.

2. Navigate to:
   Settings > Design & Appearance > Sections > Hero > Option

3. Open the settings for whichever Hero panel is currently active.

Step 2: Match the Hero Option to Your Content

Check the type of content you added to the Hero section and select the corresponding option:

• Hero Slider panel → Select Slider

• Hero Video panel → Select Video

• Static Image panel → Select Static Image

• Banner Image panel → Select Banner

Step 3: Save and Refresh

1. Click Save to apply the changes.

2. Refresh your website to see the Hero section display correctly.

If you’re unsure which panel is in use:

• Open the Hero section layout in your Back Office.

• Check the panel type to confirm whether it’s a slider, video, static image, or banner.
