ShowOff August 2023 Update

As we continue to work on a couple of larger projects we have made time to listen to some of the great feedback that we receive through our feedback channel..

Improvements and Feedback

• Page editor performance - Changes have been made to our existing page editor to improve the  load times of long pages in the back office.  
• Page list - A new filter has been added to the back office page editor to filter the pages by active / inactive status.  A search box has also been added allowing easier navigation of this page when editing sites with a large number of pages
• Page editor usability - We have made a number of changes to the page editor articles and sections to improve the UI whilst editing pages.  It is now possible to add and remove articles in a section dynamically, you can drag / drop articles between sections easier and you can now quickly add sections in between other sections instead of adding at the end of the page and re-ordering.
• EZone SSO Integration - We can now have an SSO integration into the CorpIT exhibitor manual.
• Composer - A new schema option has been added to composer to allow a speakers company to be linked to an exhibitor record.
• Cvent Integration - We can now pull basic exhibitor and sponsor data through a new integration that we have built with the Cvent API.  This is a nightly pull and can pull data from their event management system.

Bug-Fixes

• Reporting - The and / or filter in the back office has been fixed to allow for correct or processing
• Themes - the country translation is correctly picked up in our composer themes
• Composer settings - Additional speaker field options now save correctly
• Composer - Mobile sticky header is now hidden if set to not be visible
• Libraries - Image cache is correctly cleared on image upload
• WYSIWYG editor - Right clicking to edit a widget shows all the options on first click now
• API - Speaker library is automatically created when posting the first speaker to the API
• Libraries - A new sort option of publish date has been added as well as date entered
• Ezone - WYSIWYG field should be showing correctly in the zone.
• API - Check added to only associated with active category codes if there are duplicates that are inactive
• Form preview - Template has been changed to allow form previews to work with dark backgrounds
• Imports - Halls are correctly associated to an exhibitor on import where the stands are matched.
• Exhibitors - Added a space after the comma when showing multiple stands
