Improvements and Feedback
Better Content Moderation
Exhibitor Notifications: We'll now notify exhibitors via email when the status of a submission has changed. This email will also include any moderator comments entered on the Approvals page.
Improvements to Approval Filtering and Sorting:
- Filter submissions by content type
- Filter submissions by exhibitor
- Sort submissions by date
New Approval Status: We've added a new Approvals status, "Action Required" for submissions that may have outstanding questions or amendments needed prior to approval.
We've also renamed the "Rejected" status to "Declined".
Changing Statuses - We've changed the UI for status changes, it's now more intuitive to change status on individual or bulk submissions.
Improved Content Previews - It's now much easier to see the content you're moderating.
ASP Customer Feedback Portal
With this release we've launched our customer feedback portal. The new portal is accessible via a new "feedback" button in the bottom left corner of ShowOff, and allows our clients to raise feature requests and feedback for ShowOff and their ASP websites. Our clients can also view suggestions from other clients and vote for those that they agree with. We'll use this client input to feed into our development cycle and future product updates.
Other Improvements
- Added ability to customise text when sharing a page via email
